About

Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog! I always get excited when I hear someone reads my blog —thanks for checking it out! A big thanks to all of you who comment — I love the dialogue!A little about myself… I’m a systems person with a visual bent. I loves organization, writing, music, technology, design, family, friends, and God! (not in that order).I have a long and varied past but the common thread through it all is God’s grace and faithfulness. Currently I’m Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries at University Covenant Church and when I’m not working I’m loving hanging out with my husband Albert and my two kids, Daniel and Megan, who make frequent appearances on this blog.

Since I’m an overachiever and have a hard time focusing, I actually have five blogs, which are listed below. I love to write and teach for the sake of the Kingdom!

Contact me via email. (Use the SummitStar Press “Contact Us” page.)

This site, angelayee.com, is my personal site and also the master index of all the blogs posted on the other sites. I try to post a blog a day, rotating through the blogs, but this site lists all of them as they post. The focus on this blog is a more light-hearted and fun look at life, with photos to illustrate. God is good and my desire is that my blog reflects His goodness! Please bookmark or subscribe to the RSS feed of this site to receive updates anytime I post a new blog. The RSS feed can be found on the home page.

I always wanted to be an artist as a kid and my education and  training was in graphic design. Since I usually think in pictures and diagrams, I started a blog called The Visual Church Leader, a melding of leadership and visual communication insights.

Since I have spent most of my adult life organizing and planning events, I also have a church event blog called Churcheventipedia.com, where I post ideas and techniques on event planning.

I have also written some books on event planning and personal organization.See SummitStar Pressfor articles as well as books, downloads, and other resources to help you be more productive and better organized. Here you’ll find my published works:
