Finished another shawl! It took forever but it’s finally done. This was my second shawl knit with beads in it.
Announcing… the birth of #3! The third crocheted bunny, that is. This guy’s a dark grey color.
A few weeks back I completed my second beaded edging project — lace edging for a tank top.
In a previous post I mentioned how I crocheted a bunny but had two more to go. I am happy to report Baby Bunny #2 is done!
I like to take pictures of my crocheted and knitted projects, but I must admit sometimes my photos are a bit awkward.
And now for something totally utilitarian… a draft snake that blocks the light from under our door!
Not all my crocheted projects are about being pretty or cute.
A while back I got the book The Beaded Edge, which has all sorts of pretty crochet edgings. I thought it would be good to try out this project on a very sad-looking tank top of mine.
I wanted to crochet my new nephew a blanket but Corrie said that they had a lot of blankets. So she asked if I could crochet a lop-eared bunny instead. They have a lop-eared bunny and she wanted to make a Christmas ornament for their tree (annual tradition).
So…I did!
