Turkeys in the rain

Today it was totally pouring rain, which is a rare thing around here. It’s supposed to rain most of the week and it also rained last week.

I was sitting in my office when my coworker Matt said, “Look at that!” Wild turkeys were having a stroll behind the church. As we counted, we discovered 8 turkeys! (Later I discovered there were 9).

The other week our church had a newcomer’s bbq. The people who have helped cook in the past were not available. So I recruited my son!

Yee experiments

It’s been a long time since I have blogged, due to lots of work and being tired. (Surprise, surprise.) But there’s been a lot going on in the Yee household.

Last week at our teenage Bible study, we had the kids take parts of Matthew 5 and rewrite them according to modern-day interpretation. They were quite creative.
