During my leave of absence, I have been visiting different churches. Today Albert went with me — which was really nice! He had no responsibilities at UCC this morning.

The other day I was watching a video on Elevation Church’s (Steven Furtick’s church) story. They posted their hour-long documentary for a week for free viewing. It was truly an inspiring story of sacrifice, trust, and following God’s leading to start a church.
What was fun for me was that before the church even started, the core team went to a conference called C3 (Creative Church Culture) to get a vision for what their church would look like. It was so cool that I realized it was the exact same conference that I went to!
