Design: Stage Backdrop "Keeping It Real"

Staff suggested the idea of creating a backdrop showing real and imitation images. Using this concept, Angela developed backdrop ideas to display the pictures.

The colors were too busy so a more muted approach was explored.

 

In the end the staff decided the photo concept was too confusing and decided to go with a totally different approach - painting the sermon series graphic on an accordian-folded screen.

Behind the scenes: All designs were created in Illustrator. Angela used the Photoshop file of the sermon graphic (by Michael Sevilla) to create the rendering of the backdrop.
