A theme in blue-green

It’s been a while since I’ve made jewelry but over Thanksgiving weekend I had a chance to make some earrings. I also finished a scarf this week — motivated because I got some new yarn, which meant I had to finish up an old project! The silly rules I make for myself.

Here’s the scarf. It’s made of some kind of ribbony yarn I got on clearance. I love this blue-green color! In fact, it’s kind of funny now that I think about it how all my projects ended up the same color.

These earrings are made of dyed mother-of-pearl. I think that’s what they are.

These are glass beads with foil inside.

The last pair here are made of glass seed beads, with a faceted blue crystal at the end.

Creative pursuits like this are very refreshing and relaxing. Now onto knitting a new project… but not blue-green. Just blue, this time. Can you tell my wardrobe is a little boring when it comes to colors?
