I’ve had these wraps lying around for a long time but never got around to posting them. Here are three that were completed sometime in the last half year.
The first was my first attempt at making broomstick lace. This is a knitted scarf that uses a really huge 35mm knitting needle. It’s super easy and beautiful! I used a pattern called “Mochi Plus Broomstick Lace.” The yarn is Stroll Tonal — Blue Yonder color.
The next wrap was made of a yarn called Lang Jawoll Magic Dagrade, color #66. (What a mouthful!)
Here’s the finished wrap. The pattern is called “Chain Fringe Shawl.”
It looks very different than the pattern. The colors of the yarn makes it look like it has stripes.
The last wrap was made of lace weight yarn. The pattern is “Dahlia Shawl” from Interweave Knits Spring 2011 magazine.
The yarn is Stroll Shimmer, Sherry color. It’s a variegated color that adds interest to the shawl.
Now onto the other million projects I would like to do!
