Graduation dinner

Daniel has graduated! Yes!

He had a really challenging year but we rejoice that he has finished and is now officially out of high school. So hard to believe how quickly it’s all gone…

My mom was out of town so we went down to celebrate with Albert’s parents. (June 8th… still catching up on my blogs!)

We tried out a Japanese restaurant in Cupertino that was highly rated on Yelp. It did not disappoint.

The best dish was the beef tongue, which took like 30 minutes for them to cook! (It was kind of dim in there. These pictures are not the best.)

It was really nice to see Albert’s parents — Albert and I have had a really hard time aligning our days off so it’s been difficult to get down to the Bay Area. But we enjoyed the graduation celebration dinner we had with them!

It’s almost impossible for me to believe that my eldest grandson has graduated from high school. I still remember him as a baby. Yet it is undeniable he is much taller than me now.
Congratulations to Daniel! Thank God you’re growing “up”!
I’m very happy that Daniel is staying in Davis for college.
