I slowly chip away at my knitting and crochet projects, but between knitting, crocheting and weaving, it takes a while to complete projects! This summer I finished a couple and here are two.
This one is called “Sinful Ribbed Scarf” and it has an interesting ribbed pattern to it. This is a knitted project. It’s a bit uneven and bumpy since I am still learning how to knit better.
It was made with Classic Elite Yarns “Cuddles” yarn, which is 100% microfiber acrylic. I had never knit with microfiber before and it is super soft and squishy. The color is more like the upper picture than the lower picture.
This one is called “Elegance Wrap,” and it is knit with 2/10 Merino Tencel lace yarn. This one took forever because I ran out of yarn halfway through so it took me a while to wait for a sale to reorder.
It is a bit hard to see, but there are foil-lined seed needs crocheted in the wrap. They glitter and are very pretty.
There are more projects and one of these days I need to get around to taking pictures of them!
